Hello dear customers, We have put together questions and answers regarding the shipping and returns policy on the site. 

How long does it take from placing the order until the package is shipped?

Usually, it takes 5 -7 business days. We will provide you with information by email or SMS during the processing time to inform you regarding any issue with your order. Finally, we will send automatic ‘Dispatch mail’ with the tracking number.

What is the delivery time?

For ‘Free Shipping’ the average duration is 15 – 30 days from the moment of shipment. 

For Express Shipping, by FedEx, the delivery time is between 7 – 15 days. 

Express delivery requires additional payment as stated in the order.

For some reason, during the holidays season, some of the carrier’s lines have a delay that is beyond our control.

Considering the long trip for each package, some packages can be damaged during the transportation, we can’t control that. Customers should forgive for minor damage to the box.

What is the return policy?

Our policy is, that every customer can return the product within 14 days, from the day of receiving it. A full refund will be awarded to the buyer once the item will be reacived in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and packing costs. The customer is required to provide a tracking number and the shipping invoice of the returned package. Upon receiving the product back, we will issue the balance for the full refund.

What is the import Tax/Duties policy?

Tax policy depends on the destination country. Usually, we write on the package the minimum amount to avoid tax payments when released from customs. In case you need to write a different amount or special instructions, please leave us a message. Customers will be responsible for paying customs duties or any tax for importing goods to the country.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
