Recently, the annual joint Asian designer series is finally going on sale. Mark SBTG, a sneaker designer from Singapore, is the invited guest of this designer series. This time Mark SBTG will lead his team to jointly launch a complete set with Vans. Co-branded shoe and apparel series. Mark SBTG’s real name is Mark Ong. As an old OG in the field of sneaker customization, he is the manager of SBTG, a well-known customization team in Singapore. In the early days, SBTG often purchased Vans and used them as its own creative panel. In the more than ten years since its establishment, it has presented us with a large number of classic customized Vans, among which military-style customized camouflage patterns and finger bone patterns are their classic custom elements. Even last year, SBTG teamed up with Atmos to launch customized OG Vans. This season, Vans turns to Mark Ong and his team to bring us the street spirit from Southeast Asia through a pair of Old Skool and apparel collections. The design element of this joint Old Skool uses SBTG’s iconic phalange toe element. SBTG sews phalange-style leather on the toe. The entire pair of shoes is presented in different shades of brown, and the left and right feet are in matching colors. In terms of details, in addition to the phalanges of the toe, SBTG also printed the joint product information on the edges, further reflecting the brand’s military style.
